The UNHCEMS monthly user group meeting will be held on the second Wednesday of every month from 1PM-2:30PM EST.
Regular scheduled user group meetings will provide UNHCEMS administrators with training, a forum to discuss the latest regulations, and will also allow subscribers greater influence on steering future UNHCEMS development.

We will discuss the following new features that have been recently added to UNHCEMS: improved date format support; using recordset date calculations in a filter; ContainerMerge module improvements; auditing custom form records; hazardous waste weekly building stats report; custom form record print mode; creating custom training course certificates; new global variables: TRAINING_REMOVE_INCOMPLETE_ENROLLMENT_DAYSm CHEMICAL_INVENTORY_BARCODE_ENABLE_ALPHACHAR, POLICY_SEARCH_ALL; updated user guides; new custom forms file/photo upload widget; multi-scan update mode
The focus of this meeting will be on looking at top priorities as a group. We will review the task list and give everyone a chance to comment on new upcoming features. Be prepared to discuss your wishlist items.
This meeting will be focused on showing off the new HandyCEMS Android mobile scanning application. We will also discuss supported hardware. Our current harware recomendations are: android tablet, wireless barcode scanner
The UNHCEMS Training module will be the focus of this meeting. We will review how to configure training requirements, assign training requirements to users, create courses, create online tests, manage training data, and customize your site certificate of completion. We'll also discuss various ways to embed online training videos, and powerpoint presentations.
